ATMOSYNTH built-in module

Bends the shape of the sound, adding harmonics that were not there. Drive decides how hard it is pushed; the curve decides its character. Drive is an input too, with a depth for how far a signal there moves it.

What it is made of

  • ‘drive’: Gain · into ‘shaper’ · level turned by ‘Drive’
  • ‘shaper’: Waveshaper · curve soft (knob ‘Curve’) · oversampling 2× · into ‘trim’
  • ‘trim’: Gain · into ‘out’ · level turned by ‘Output trim’
  • ‘out’: audio output · port out
  • ‘drivein’: audio input · port drive · into ‘drivedepth’
  • ‘drivedepth’: Gain · modulates the level of ‘drive’ · level turned by ‘Drive depth’
  • ‘Curve’: knob, linear / soft / hard / fold / fuzz
  • ‘Drive’: knob, 0.1 to 20
  • ‘Output trim’: knob, 0 to 2
  • ‘Drive depth’: knob, -20 to 20
